A qualitative immunohistochemistry assessment using mouse monoclonal anti-claudin 18, clone 43-14A, serves as a biomarker in gastric and gastroesophageal junction cancer and may aid in identifying patients eligible for VYLOY (zolbetuximab) treatment.
